- No pets allowed.
- No loud music, noises or parties.
- No fireworks, flares, or Chinese lamps (high fire hazardous area).
- The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (including children).
- No outside fires due to the bio sensitivity of the area. Rather enjoy any of the two indoor braai areas.
